Booking Terms and Conditions

These Booking Terms and Conditions govern all reservations made through our website for our LGBT-friendly transportation and tour services. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
When booking any service, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, the passenger’s name, contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, and the desired service date and time. You bear full responsibility for any errors or omissions in the information provided during the booking process.
A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or notification from our system. For transportation services, full payment or agreement to pay upon pickup is sufficient for confirmation. However, for tour services, a €100 prepayment via our dedicated payment form is mandatory to secure the booking. Failure to complete the prepayment may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
Any changes to an existing booking must be requested as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that alterations can be fulfilled, especially if the request is made less than 24 hours before the service time. Significant changes may incur additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.
Cancellations must be made in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds are only granted if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or no-shows at the pickup location will not be eligible for any refund.
For cash payments, customers must ensure they have the exact amount due at the time of service delivery. Drivers or service personnel may not carry change. Card payments and PayPal transactions must be completed at the time of booking unless an exception is made in advance.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion. This includes cases of incomplete or incorrect booking details, failure to comply with payment requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a booking is canceled on our part, any payments made will be refunded in full.
By completing a booking, you agree to adhere to these terms and understand that failure to do so may result in the denial of service. Please refer to the relevant policies, such as the Refund Policy and Payment Policy, for further information on specific terms.
